Angela Elder is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including M&A, HR Strategy, Global HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, and Leadership Development. 

Angie brings more than 20 years of Human Resources Leadership and Organizational Management experience to this role. Before Skyview, Angie was the Assistant Vice President of Operations for Group Long-Term Care at CNA Insurance. Angie spent 12 years at Target Stores where she held a variety of positions including Human Resources Manager.

Angie graduated from Aurora University with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Organizational Management.
