Jared Cohen helps lead Skyview Ventures.

Prior to joining Skyview, Jared worked in investment banking in both New York and Los Angeles. In New York, Jared worked for Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. In Los Angeles, he worked for Credit Suisse and Barclays. Jared has executed more than $10 billion of transactions across sell-side and buy-side mergers & acquisitions, as well as equity, equity-linked, loan and bond financings. During his investment banking career, Jared executed transactions across a number of sectors including technology, media, telecommunications, industrial, consumer/retail and real estate for both privately-held and publicly-traded companies. In addition to his time in investment banking, Jared spent two years as Vice President of Corporate Development at Triton Media Group, a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management.

Jared earned a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a M.B.A from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
