Jeffrey Luft is responsible for completing due diligence projects and presenting operational and financial risk assessments for M&A targets. After a target is acquired, Jeffrey will oversee the transition activities for implementing key operating/accounting processes, controls and KPI’s and structuring operational and financial reporting. Jeffrey also partners with the portfolio company’s executive team to focus on value creation through revenue growth, cost saving initiatives, and improving cash management.

Prior to joining Skyview in 2014, Jeffrey was at Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (VIS) where he was a Vice President and Divisional CFO for the software segment. Prior to joining VIS, Jeffrey worked at KPMG LLP as an Audit Advisory Senior Manager on various Fortune 500 and Mid-Sized companies, Goldman Sachs as an Associate in the Public Finance Investment Banking group that raised capital for Not-For-Profit companies and Municipalities, and Arthur Andersen LLP as an Audit Senior within the Commercial Products division.

Jeffrey graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in accountancy from Bernard Baruch College – City University of New York. He is a New York and South Carolina licensed Certified Public Accountant and is an active member in the AICPA. Jeffrey is also a published writer and technical trainer in the accounting and finance field.
