ESG INITIATIVES


Skyview Capital is focused on sustainable investing. We apply a lens of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) to our investments. This ESG approach starts in our diligence process where we consider the environmental and societal issues. Post-investment, we develop ESG strategies within the portfolio company to identify and quantify ESG risks and opportunities. 


Skyview's Key ESG Criteria: 


  1. How can the target business set an example for ESG leadership within its industry?
  2. What are the environmental impacts of the business? (Pollution, waste, efficiency)? 
  3. How is the company tracking and improving its ESG key performance metrics? 
  4. How is the company treating its employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders? 
  5. How is the company promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion internally and in the community?

ESG Case Study

Our portfolio company Digital Lumens is an example of a business which helps its clients achieve their ESG Goals. Digital Lumens increases the energy efficiency in commercial and industrial facilities. The Digital Lumens software helps to improve building wellness and lighting efficiency, lowering the carbon footprint.
