OPERATIONS

The Skyview Capital Operations team is comprised of experienced functional and industry professionals. 


The team has developed a set of procedures and strategies to help diligence, acquire, integrate, and transform our portfolio companies. The Ops Team will serve in interim and full-time board and executive roles within the portfolio. The Ops team will also partner with third-party advisors to provide additional capabilities. 


The Operations team has staff in the US, Europe, and Asia. The team has capabilities in Finance, Accounting, Capital Markets, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Dev Ops, R&D, Manufacturing, Legal, and Human Resources. Our Ops team allows Skyview to efficiently evaluate new deals and improve the acquired businesses’ cashflow and growth trajectory.
